Primarily know for their exquisite writing instruments, Montblanc is also a big name in the watch and leather accessories market. Initially created in 1906 as Simplizissiumus-Füllhalter in Berlin, by 2 germans, Alfred Nehemiah and August Eberstein, its main goal was to produce pens. Throughout the years the company evolved to other areas and in 1993 it became part if the Richemont group. Nowadays many of its watches take notes from its history, such as the Heritage and the Star Legacy collections.
The Montblanc we present here is a small travel clock that combines Montblanc typical basic dial appearance and their world-renowned leather work. A great companion for your business or leisure travels, the Montblanc Travel Time 7056 is a compact but highly legible piece with a white dial, black almost Breguet-like numerals, black minute indexes and black hour and minute hands that are filled with luminescent material. In the center of the dial we can see a smaller subdial with a red triangle indicating the alarm setting. These functions are controlled by 2 crowns at the 2 and 3 o’clock. Its black leather case can be handled to provide a stand for the watch, so it becomes your nightstand alarm, with the Montblanc symbolist under its dial.
A perfect addition for world travellers or just weekend escapers, this alarm clock makes a stylish and suitable presence, waking you just in time for your daily endeavours.
