On our web store, you can pay using MBWAY or Multibanco for customers located in Portugal, or credit card and wire transfer, for domestic and international customers.

General Terms and Conditions

Applicability

The discounts, promotions, payment terms, shipping terms, delivery terms, return or exchange terms shown here apply exclusively to purchases made within the RF Timepieces online store.

Products - Certificates and Warranties

All products sold by our company are original, and accompanied by the Warranty Certificate of the respective brand when available. In all other cases the original invoice issued to the customer serves as a warranty certificate. The products are delivered in a case or bag of the respective brand, or in uncharacterized packaging if the product does not have original packaging.

Jewelry containing diamonds is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity Guarantee.

All products marketed by our company are in accordance with Portuguese law.

Prices are expressed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT at the legal rate in effect.

Sales are restricted to the EU zone, and orders made from countries outside of the EU zone will be cancelled.

Liabilities

RF Timepieces declines any responsibility in case of violation of the legislation of the country where the products are delivered. It is up to the Customer to check with the local authorities the conditions of import or use of the products that he wishes to order, and import into the country where the products are delivered.

RF Timepieces shall not be liable for any damages caused to the user by the use of the Internet network due to interference, external intrusions, interruptions, computer viruses, computer system breakdowns or disconnections, or any other case of force majeure.

Clients' and Users' Obligations

The Client and the User must comply with these general conditions and respect them. They undertake in particular to comply with the following obligations:

● Keep, and not disclose, their authentication username and password on the site in order to prevent third parties from accessing their account at www.rftimepieces.com;
● Not to use false identities;
● To provide correct personal data and addresses so that RF Timepieces can properly process orders;
The Customer is responsible for the veracity of the data communicated to RF Timepieces and undertakes to immediately enter in his registration account on our website, any changes to the same.

RF Timepieces declines any responsibility for any delay or impossibility of processing the order, particularly in the act of delivery, resulting from error or insufficiency of the data communicated by the Customer.

Ordering Online

To make purchases through the online store at www.rftimepieces.com it is necessary to register as a Customer by filling out the form available online. This step can be completed during the checkout process, just insert in the virtual shopping cart all the products you want to buy. You must follow all the steps of the purchase to complete it successfully.

RF Timepieces informs you that the prices charged on www.rftimepieces.com are exclusive to the site and may vary from the prices in the physical RF Timepieces store.

The validation of the order assumes that the Customer has taken note of and accepts the General Conditions of Sale. The data recorded by RF Timepieces constitutes proof of all transactions carried out between RF Timepieces and the Customer. RF Timepieces is responsible for archiving the electronic document in which the contract is formalized and keeping it accessible.

As soon as you finish your purchase, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming the transaction. If the data is not correct, you should immediately request a change, or even the cancellation of the purchase made.

Product Availability

Should the Customer choose to pay by ATM or Bank Transfer, RF Timepieces will only process the order after confirmation of payment, and RF Timepieces cannot guarantee the availability of the products until the beginning of the processing. On the product details page you will find the estimated time for shipping (Delivery Time) expressed in business days. In addition to the estimated shipping time, the shipping time depends on the carrier and the destination of your order.

RF Timepieces only ships on business days. Thus, neither weekends nor holidays are counted for estimated delivery of orders.

Any delay in the shipping of products, compared to the estimated dates presented, does not give the right to compensation.

We ship only to EU member countries.

Shipping Insurance

The transport of the products is covered by insurance against loss or possible damage that may occur during transport.

The product is packaged with the utmost care to avoid damage during transport in order to ensure full Customer satisfaction.

Exchanges and Returns

Applicable to purchases made online:

Within the scope of its Customer Satisfaction Policy, and under the applicable legal terms, RF Timepieces enables the exchange or return and full refund (contract resolution) of products.

● Normal Term – Within 30 days from the date of receipt of the products by the Customer;
● Extended Term – Christmas Purchases – Until January 15 of the following year for products shipped to the Customer between October 26 and December 14.
To do so, the Customer must communicate its intention in writing, via e-mail or letter, to RF Timepieces. The products must be returned within the deadlines indicated above upon receipt and accompanied by a copy of the respective invoice.

Under no circumstances should you return the products without prior contact, as they will not be received.

The return and exchange of products must comply with the following conditions:

● Return of products in good condition without any sign of use, with original and complete packaging and other elements that accompany the product including manuals, warranty certificates, protective films, safety labels and accompanied by a copy of the respective invoice;
We do not accept exchanges or returns of customized products according to customer specifications.
Product shipping is the responsibility of the Customer, including costs, loss, damage that the product may suffer during transport and delays.
After contacting RF Timepieces and being given the return instructions, you must send us the product to our address:

All products will be checked upon arrival at our service and only those that meet the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or return.

● If you choose to refund the amount paid, this will be done after careful checking of the product’s condition;
● In case of exchange or reshipment, shipping costs will be charged;
In case of exchange, reshipment or return due to an error attributable to the customer will be charged 150€ euros of administrative expenses;
RF Timepieces reserves the right not to accept products that do not meet these conditions.

Warranty and After-Sales Support

All products marketed by RF Timepieces are covered by a warranty, whose period is indicated on the product sheet, never less than 2 years. The warranty is valid in Portugal.

If the product purchased is defective, you must inform RF Timepieces of this, giving your order number and a description of the anomaly. The costs of shipping the product within the warranty period will be borne by RF Timepieces.

Upon receipt of the product at RF Timepieces’ facilities, we will perform a technical check and, if we can verify any lack of conformity under warranty, the product will be sent to the brand’s Technical Assistance. The product will then be sent to the customer’s address at no additional cost.

If the technical verification detects signs of misuse, you will be contacted to indicate whether you want us to repair the product by sending it to the brand’s Technical Support, whose repair and shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.

Applicable Law
The law applicable to any contractual relationship established through the RF Timepieces website is Portuguese law.
